Job Descriptions:
- Gather and analyze business requirements for AI & Blockchain projects
- Write BRD, FSD, user stories, and use cases
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate understanding and effective implementation
- Participate in UAT to ensure the product meets its objectives
- Conduct research on the market, competitors, and trends in AI/Web3
- Propose product improvements based on data and real-world feedback
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a BA (preferably in tech/startup environments)
- Basic understanding of AI (LLM, NLP…) and Blockchain (tokenomics, smart contracts, Solana/EVM…)
- Strong documentation and logical thinking skills
- Effective communication and information delivery skills
- Experience with DeFi, NFT, trading bots, or AI tools is a plus
- Familiarity with Jira, Notion, Figma, Miro,… is an advantage
- Good reading comprehension of English technical documents
